Info for presenters

Short guidelines for oral presentations:  12 minutes + 3 minutes for discussion

For poster presentations, our stands are better fit for  A0/A1 “Portrait” format

If you have a poster presentation you may want to print it out in Tartu.

It is possible to order printing from the University of Tartu Press. Please contact them and send your prepared pdf-files via kirjastus@ut.ee, to attention of Mrs. Helle Lilleorg. University of Tartu Press is located conveniently in the Tartu city center, in walking distance from the Delta building. The address is Ülikooli 17 (phone number: +372 737 5591). 

The price for A0 sized poster is 30€ and for the A1 is 15€. It´s possible to pay in cash, by card or bank transfer.

Please notice, that 23rd and 24th of June are public holidays in Estonia, so make your arrangements with the University of Tartu Press in advance. The first working day for them will be 27.06 Monday, so you can pick up you poster during coffee break or lunch.

Please DO NOT SEND YOUR POSTER to organizing committee. We will not have capasity to deal with them.
