Pre-conference cultural excursions 

On 29th of June before conference there will be possibile to participate in organized city tour (45 minutes, 14:00,  15:00, 16:00 and 17:00 registration required). Meeting point is Town Hall square (Raekoja plats) at the fontana.

At 4 p.m there is guided tour at the  Estonian National Museum (there is need to buy a ticket in museum with 12 euros, for students 8 euros, and registration is required).

The Estonian National Museum is an ethnologically and cultural-historically oriented museum which aims at reflecting everyday life and culture as a way of life, taking into account its periodical, spatial and social diversity. The museum focuses on collecting, preserving and studying material concerned with the culture and history of Estonians, Estonian minorities and Finno-Ugric peoples and making it accessible.

Meating point is inside of the Museum. Please notice that you should plan your time to arrive, it takes 35 min to arrive at ERM on foot from Delta building  map. You can also take a taxi, which may take ca. 5-6 euro. The public buses leave from Vene bus stop near Delta, map and bus schedule here.

Welcome Reception

The reception will take place on Sunday evening, June 26, at 6.30 p.m at the University of Tartu Delta Building located at Narva maantee 18. Light snacks and drinks are offered.

Symposium dinner

The symposium dinner will take place on Wednesday, June 29, at 7:00 p.m at the Univesity of Tartu Museum (Dome Hill) located in Lossi 25.
